The Belleair Community Foundation is seeking a Special Relief Permit for the Rumble 2 car show on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. This event will be held in Hunter Memorial Park.

Background/Problem Discussion: Rumble 2 is seeking relief from the following sections of the Code of Ordinances:
• REVISION: Closure of Gardenia between the east and west section of The Mall (please see attached map, specifically the section highlighted in yellow)
• Road closures (to close part of The Mall)
• Sanitary plans (to add a port-o-potty on-site)
• Street vending (to have food trucks on-site)
• Temporary signage (to have promotional signage before and during the event)

Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the revision to the Special Relief Permit for Rumble 2.
