Resolution 2026-08 Charter Review Committee Establishment and Member Appointment
Summary:
Pursuant to Article X of the Charter, the Town Commission shall establish a Charter Review Committee every ten years during the month of June. The committee is to review and recommend amendments, if any, to the commission to be placed on the ballot for a vote of the electors.
