Body
Previous Commission Action: The Commission has been working closely with the creation of Belleair's strategic plan since the fall of 2018, and is planning to have all action items added and polished by April of 2020.

Background/Problem Discussion: At the previous meeting in November, board members identified the following goals and objectives:
* Park signage to parks; create a map of parks for residents; park improvements and processes
* Plantings in right-of-ways
* Trimming of trees - Duke Energy foliage management
* Color layer mapping of historic monuments; plan for maintenance and refurbishment with inspections
* Lot sizes for single family homes
* Traffic calming
* Fencing and compliance
* Ad hoc committees for community involvement
* Limiting additional multi-family zoning
* Evaluation of intersections for vision triangles
* Communicating with residents - alternatives to Town website - possible ad hoc committee

Each action item should be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely). There can be, and probably should be, multiple action items for each objective, and staff is available to you to help write these and answer any questions the board may have.
