Special Relief Permit - 2024 Movie Nights
Summary:
The Town of Belleair Recreation Department is seeking a special relief permit for their 2024 Movie Nights. These outdoor movie nights be will held on Fridays from 5:30pm - 9:00pm, January 19, February 16, April 19, and May 17. These events will take place at Brewster Field. A digital movie screen truck, crafts, and concessions will be placed according to the attached site map. Tickets will be $5 per person, with children 4 and under being free.
Staff is requesting assistance from the Police Department during the event, as well as for closure of Varona Street between the two athletic fields. Staff is also requesting use of the satellite truck from the Solid Waste Department.
Staff is requesting to sell beer and wine at this event. Proper licensing paperwork is in progress.
