Title: Request for Finance Board members to serve on the Town's Audit Committee Summary: In August of 2022, an Audit Committee was established that consisted of four Finance Board members and then Deputy Mayor Kurey as the Chair and Commission representative. Due to changes in membership, we need to bring to the August Commission meeting a list of Finance Board members that are interested in serving on the Audit Committee. Guidance from the Auditor General states that the committee must consist of at least three members, one of which must be a member of the governing body who must serve as the committee chair.

Summary:
