Solid Waste Rate Proposal FY2025
Summary:
Solid Waste is an enterprise fund which accounts for all financial activity associated with the operation of the program. If the Town maintains the current service rates, budgeted expenses will exceed revenues by $54,700.
Staff is proposing a 5% increase to the Solid Waste rates. This would provide a small buffer to cover all budgeted expenses.
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the proposed Solid Waste rate increase.
Proposed Motion: I move approval of the proposed Solid Waste rate structure.
