Summary:
Special Relief Permit Request: Sundays in Belleair Summary: The Belleair Parks & Recreatroin Department will be hosting the Sundays in Belleair Outdoor Concert Series on Sundays, February 9, March 1, and March 15, 2020 from 3:30pm-8:00pm at the Brewster Athletic Field Complex. Concerts will have approximately 2500 people in attendance. Please see attached site plan.
We are requesting the following:
• Road closures will begin approximiatley at 12:00pm and conclude approximately at 10:00pm.
• Assitance from the police department and the parks & recreation staff
• Requesting the sale of alcohol use on Brewster/Dimmitt Community Center complex.
• Use of the solid waste satellite garbage truck for waste removal
• Temporary signage advertising across Indian Rocks Road two weeks prior to concert dates: January 27-February 10 and again February 17-March 16. Please see attached banner example.
