Road transfer interlocal agreement
Summary:
This action settles a discrepancy between the County and Town regarding ownership of this roadway segment. This interlocal agreement between Pinellas County and the Town of Belleair is the legal transfer of right-of-way for a portion of Ponce de Leon. This segment is noted as being from Indian Rocks Road, east to the Pinellas Trail as shown in exhibit B of the agreement. The town has always conducted maintenance and improvements on this segment.
