Special Relief Permit Request: Holiday Family Movie Night
Summary:
Belleair’s Holiday Family Movie Night will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 5:30 pm-9:00 pm. The request is for the following:
• Road closures beginning at 3:00 pm until approximately 9:30 pm.
• Assistance from parks & Recreation staff as well as police department for road closures.
• Use of the solid waste department’s satellite garbage truck for waste removal.
• Requesting the sale of alcohol (beer/wine) at the event. Staff will complete required State of Florida temporary alcohol permit.
• Requesting attendance increase to 300 participants.
