First Reading of Ordinance 600 - Replacement Driveways and Nonconforming Additions
Summary:
This ordinance revises the Town’s Land Development Code to make it functionally possible to approve additions and improvements on parcels or structures that are nonconforming and further authorizes the Town Manager to approve such requests.
The Town Commission heard this ordinance for first reading on 7/21/2026 and was passed unanimously. The second hearing is scheduled for 8/19/2026.
