City of Clearwater Interlocal Agreement for Water Testing
Summary:
This agreement will authorize Clearwater to perform the collection, analysis, and reporting of routine drinking water samples for the town’s water utility. Clearwater will also perform all required reporting to FDEP to ensure compliance with water quality standards.

Financial Implications: A rate schedule is included in Exhibit A of the document. The cost for the testing is covered by the enterprise fund.
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval.
Proposed Motion: Move approval of the interlocal agreement with the City of Clearwater for water testing.
