Resolution 2025-12 Amending Infrastructure Board Duties
Summary:
The Town Commission, through adoption of Resolution 2025-11, will dissolve the Park, Recreation, and Tree Board. That board had duties relative to the Town’s participation in the Tree City USA program. Adoption of this resolution will effectively transfer those duties to the Infrastructure Board.

Recommendation: Staff recommends approval.
