First Reading of Ordinance 587 - Solid Waste Rates
Summary:
To meet budgetary needs, staff recommends FY26 Solid Waste rates be adjusted in the following way:
Residential Base fixed fee increased 5.0% from $58.35 to $61.27 monthly
Multi Family Base w/dumpster increased 5.0% from $27.53 per unit to $28.91 per unit monthly
Commercial w/o dumpster fixed fee increased 5.0% from $51.44 to $54.01 monthly
Special Pickup must be scheduled in advance by contacting Solid Waste Department
