Second Reading of Ordinance 586 - Water Rates
Summary:
To meet budgetary needs, staff recommends FY26 Water Rates be adjusted in the following way:
Water Base Fee for Residential and Multi-Family increased 5.0% to $25.20 monthly.
Water Base Fee for Non-Residential increased 5.0% to $51.72 monthly.
Usage Fees for Residential, Multi-Family and Nonresidential increased by 5.0% for all tiers.
