Special Relief Permit - Expansion Celebration
Summary:
The applicant, Jeannine Bernstein, is requesting a special relief permit for her “Expansion Celebration” event at Olive and Honey Med Spa, located at 1016 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Suite #2. The event will take place on Thursday, November 5 from 3:30pm-8:00pm. This small event will include about 30 guests. A tent will be placed in front of the building, where drinks and refreshments will be served. All guests will utilize the parking lot behind the building. Signage will be placed around the building during the event for parking, guest check-in, etc. The applicant obtained neighbor approvals as required by the permit application.
Code relief requests include: noise, tent placement, and signage.
