Discussion of Capital Projects Communication Guide
Summary:
As two major capital projects will be commencing in Belleair this summer, it is important that Town staff has clear expectations and roles for communicating these projects and their progress to residents and other stakeholders throughout project durations.
In order to set these standards, the Communications Team (in conjunction with Keith Bodeker, Construction Project Supervisor) has put together a Capital Projects Communication Guide (attached) for the Commission’s review and input.
