Carl and Shirley Avenues Improvement Project - Additional Services
Summary:
Jones Edmunds has provided the design, permitting, and bid services for the drainage, sidewalk, lighting and paving improvements for Carl and Shirley Avenues. Construction Contract Administration Services were excluded from the Design Services contract, and must now be added to provide review, inspection and approval of construction work which is currently provided through Evolutions Construction.

Previous Commission Action: Approval of Jones Edmunds original contract.
Expenditure Challenges: Additional $89,055.00
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the additional services to be provided by Jones Edmunds in the amount of eighty-nine-thousand and fifty-five ($89,055.00) dollars.
Proposed Motion: I move approval of the additional expenditure of $89,055.00 for services to be provided by Jones Edmunds for the Carl/Shirley Project.
