Previous Commission Action: Previous variances were approved to allow for a dock to extend past the 50’ permitted dock length in 1991 & 1992.
Background/Problem Discussion: Work commenced by contractor with no variance or permit through the building department.

Recommendation: Based on our review of the above criteria, staff finds that the variance request for a dock length of 123’ satisfies the Review Criteria of Section 66-253(b)(1)a. and recommends approval of this request.
