Title: Second Reading of Ordinance 585 - Amending Appendix B Fee Schedule, Parking Fines Summary: The current fines imposed for non-criminal traffic violations have not increased in many years and are not effective in deterring such violations. It has been deemed in the best interest of citizens, property owners, and businesses to increase the amount of such fines.
