Discussion of Finance Board Work Plan Items
Summary:
During the short-term objectives discussion, the Commission decided that it would be good to invite each of the boards to a Commission meeting to lay out a work plan and topics for each of the advisory boards. For this meeting, we asked the Finance Board and the Infrastructure Board to appear. Still will help kick-off the discussion.
For the Finance Board, the transition to program-based budgeting (PBB) was one item discussed in the short-term objective setting session.
