Continuation and Update of Color Palette Process
Summary:
At the previous meeting, the board members were directed to craft a color palette for a paint color ordinance. After further research, staff determined that the ordinance could not apply as a blanket to the whole town, but it can apply to the regulation of historic homes on the registry due to the Certificate of Appropriateness process.
At this meeting we hope to craft a final color palette for historic home owners to be able to reference during the permitting process.
