Background/Problem Discussion: Attached is the Enterprise Funds Proposed Budget for FY 2026. The FY 2026 budget includes an increase in utility rates and the proposed increase in the contract with Pinellas County as well as day-to-day operations of these programs.
Expenditure Challenges Funds must cover the cost of the enterprise
Financial Implications: Rates are set annually to assure the enterprise does not require transfer from any other fund
Recommendation: The FY 2026 Proposed Budget is presented for review and approval
