Recommendation:
Based on the review of the criteria, we recommend approval of the variances from the 25’ rear setback standards for the R-2 zoning district of Section 74-84 of the Land Development Code. Additionally, approval is subject to the condition that the development permitted by these variances will be generally consistent with the site plan submitted with this variance application.
