Major Event Special Relief Permit - Centennial Celebration Concert
Summary:
The Town of Belleair and the Belleair Community Foundation are requesting a major event special relief permit for the Centennial Celebration Concert, which will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. This family-friendly event will feature food, drinks, activities, and live music by two bands - The Rupert’s Orchestra and Crossfire Creek. Please see the attached application for all event details, including a site map, parking plan, and traffic control plan. The Town will distribute doorhanger flyers to impacted residents, notifying them of the event.
This permit requires two (2) public hearings before the Town Commission. The first hearing will take place on Tuesday, February 18, and the second hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 18.
