Summary:
The Town has two safety deposit boxes at the Belleair Truist Branch (boxes 645 and 646). The bank requires the Town Commission to designate both Ashely Bernal and Amy Lockhart to close these two boxes and retrieve any item(s) inside.

Previous Commission Action: n/a
Background/Problem Discussion: The previously authorized users of the safety deposit boxes are no longer with the Town of Belleair. Truist requires a document authorizing new users to be appointed and a document to be signed by all Town Commission members.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Commission authorize both Ashley Bernal and Amy Lockhart to access safety deposit boxes 645 and 646, located at the Belleair Truist Branch, and to retrieve any item(s) inside.
