Financial Implications: State Revolving Fund Loan Programs (Lead Service Line and Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant) require a significant financial commitment from the Water Fund, rates will need to be addressed to ensure all fees/rates are adequate to cover current and future costs of these loan programs.
