Previous Commission Action: The Town Commission approved purchase orders dated as of January 8, 2024 that were $30,000 or greater in the last Commission Meeting held on 1-9-23.
Background/Problem Discussion: In accordance with Ordinance 557, the Town Commission approval is required for the acquisition of commodities or services that are $30,000 or greater.
Expenditure Challenges: None
Financial Implications: At this time, the purchase orders submitted for approval fall within approved budget appropriations.
Recommendation: I recommend approval of the list of purchase orders over $30,000.
