Budget Calendar, Guide and Glossary FY 2024/2025
Summary:
Annually, the Finance Department is required to submit a calendar of dates for the preparation of the Town’s Annual Budget including the dates of the Pinellas County BOCC and School Board meetings. In addition, the Budget Guide and Glossary provides an overview of the Budget Process and terminology used for the preparation of the annual Town budget.

Background/Problem Discussion: The Budget Calendar and Guide provides an overview to the Commission of important dates and details regarding the preparation of the budget. The Town is required to adhere to certain hearing dates and deadlines in order to meet statutory requirements for submitting the annual budget and proposed millage rates.
